Maximal’s Solar Prominence V Regal THD, CGC, CGCA, TKN, ATT, CA, RATI, BCAT

Solar is not a show dog but she is every bit as special to us. She was named for the solar eclipse of 2017, during which she was due to be born. Her litter came early. She and her brother had a scary start, but with around the clock care, they pulled through and now, they are both healthy and spreading joy as working therapy dogs, comforting patients in hospitals and nursing homes. Solar is the tiniest Manchester I have ever seen, tipping the scales at 5.5 lbs. She has a big personality and always lights up the room. She’s become somewhat of a mascot in the Manchester world with followers from around the globe on her instagram page: @maximaldog

Solar is a therapy dog through two organizations: Bright & Beautiful Therapy Dogs, and Crisis Response Canines. She has titles in therapy work, AKC Canine Good Citizen, AKC Temperament Test, AKC FastCAT, AKC Coursing Ability, AKC Trick Dog and Barn Hunt.
