Penne is bred and co-owned by Jessica Stover of Dugualla Manchester Terriers in Washington state. She earned her championship in April 2023 at 12 months old with 4 majors from the Toy variety. We knew Penne would most likely mature to 13 lbs so we let her grow up and fill out, waiting a year to bring her back out to work on her Grand Championship in the Standard variety. In 2024, Penne has shown two weekends and earned 5 BOV wins with competition, a specialty Best of Variety, 19 Grand Champion points and 4 GCH majors.
